Our wedding photography contract:

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between me the Photographer and you the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.

Our wedding photography contract is in place to protect us both, we cant change it, without your signature and one we agree with you to change part of it.

The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have signed a waiver in writing.

BOOKING: A signed contract and booking fee are required to reserve the specified coverage. You are also required to make contact with us at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. to confirm wedding, times etc. This is a must, Please make sure you have received our signed copy and conformation of your booking.

COOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment.

We the Photographers recommends that the CLIENT designate an "event guide" to point out important individuals for informal or candid photographs to the photographer during the wedding that they wish to have photographed. Maybe one of the ushers, a bridesmaid or a member of the family as a go between, someone who knows who belongs to which family, so i can drive them nuts while all you need to do is enjoy your day.

The photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people if there is no one to assist in identifying people or gathering people for photographs. Minett Photography is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to details not revealed to Minett Photography. If they're not there I cant photograph them.

SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the CLIENT in a manner enjoyed by all parties. CLIENT and Minett Photography are in agreement that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are essential to that purpose. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time.

HOUSE RULES: The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception site management. CLIENT agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is Clients responsibility; Minett Photography will offer technical recommendations only.

FILM and COPYRIGHTS: Most packages give you full reprint rights where they don't the photographs produced, Negatives and Digital images by Minett Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Minett Photography's explicitly written permission.

You are free to reproduce any image for notice of wedding only, in press, and then only if accompanied by our trade name and either website address or phone number.

EXHIBITION: Requests for specific negatives or slides to be used by Minett may be requested at a future time. CLIENT grants Minett permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Minett's Photography work and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images

MODEL RELEASE. The CLIENT hereby grants to Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT and Guests or in which the CLIENT or guests may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.

The CLIENT hereby releases Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer.

If Photographer cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to Photographer's illness or injury, then Photographer will return all fees to the Client(s) but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement.

This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer. Client(s) agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, re-enacted or repeated for the purpose of a re shoot and limits Studio's liability to the amount paid under this contract.

To this end it may on occasion be necessary to ensure coverage to substitute the photographer booked.

It is understood and agreed that no other Professional (fee excepting) photographer will be allowed to photograph or take pictures at the wedding while the Photographer is working.

Your friends and relatives can take as many photos as they wish, it makes it very difficult if to photographers are competing for your attention, and trying to direct and pose you.

Proof books where included as part of the package may vary in appearance, and the choice of the cover photograph where used will be at the discretion of Photographer

Albums will be proofed on-line, and can be changed as necessary; Albums are produced via an agreed company, and once the photographs are selected, and layout approved no further changes can be made.

It is understood it is your responsibility to examine the on-line proof supplied carefully and understand that once agreed no exchanges or alterations are possible without charge. This charge is currently £295.
